Rocket science can be learned from a book, performing as a team, not really. A coaching team composed mainly of ARIS veterans ensures knowledge transfer, team performance and personal growth of the individual members.
Supporting a team to help them help themselves. This includes giving and receiving feedback, active listening, resolving conflicts and asking good questions. Helping them to communicate, to reflect and to organize themselves. A coach isn’t there for content input / expert knowledge, he/she is there to help their team with processes and interactions.
Ideally experience leading/training groups, high communication skills, motivation to learn coaching skills and to do a lot of self-reflection.
